
Mohammad Naseer is a passionate and skilled psychologist with a strong academic background and diverse experience. He has completed MSc in Psychology from Jnanabharathi Campus, Bangalore University, and a triple-major undergraduate degree in Psychology, Criminology, and Rural Development from the School of Social Work, Roshni Nilaya, Mangalore. In addition, he has completed a PG Diploma in Psychological Counselling.
Complementing his academic qualifications, he has earned certifications in Dialectical Behaviour Therapy and Suicide Prevention. Naseer continually expands his expertise to provide tailored support to help individuals thrive.
He has accumulated diverse experiences through internships and volunteer work in clinical psychology, public health, and humanitarian works. During his internships, Naseer honed skills in patient care, group counseling, mental status evaluations, and case history documentation. He has worked in settings like Spandana Nursing Home in Bangalore and Dr. A. V. Baliga Memorial Hospital in Udupi, where he gained exposure to psychiatric rehabilitation and de-addiction management. Additionally, he has also worked for public health initiatives, gaining insight into community-based interventions and addressing societal challenges.
Naseer has extensive experience working with students and youth, providing career guidance and focusing on their personality development and overall excellence. His involvement in the NSS and Relief organizations demonstrates his dedication to community service. He had volunteered during the COVID-19 pandemic, assisting with relief efforts, organizing vaccination camps, and providing relief aid.
In addition to his practical experience, Naseer has demonstrated academic excellence by presenting research papers at international conferences on topics such as the challenges faced by migrant workers and environmental crimes.
